The challenge
VINCI Energies International & Systems is a division of the VINCI group, a global leader in concessions and construction. Its legal department covers 67 lawyers across 4 continents: French-speaking Europe (~25 people), English-speaking Europe and international (~23), Brazil (~19), Asia (~4).
The starting observation was common to many large organizations:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses were deployed, but actual usage plateaued at 10-15%
- Lawyers didn’t know how to use Copilot concretely in their daily work
- Some didn’t even know what was possible
- There was no structured adoption program — just an IT rollout
The challenge: move 57-60 lawyers from untapped potential to daily, measurable AI usage.

Priority #2 — The compliance burden
Score: 42/70Formal proofreading, verification, typo hunting. Critical but repetitive tasks.
Priority #3 — Impact & materials
Score: 37/70PowerPoint presentations, visuals, communication materials. Too much time on form vs substance.

Copilot in Word & PowerPoint. Copilot as “super-auditor”: formal proofreading, typo hunting, contract verification in 5 minutes.

Sessions 3-6
Co-built with the team based on emerging needs. Examples: advanced Excel, Copilot Agents, AI governance, automations.

Book a callOur philosophy for this program
AI isn’t here to replace you
It’s here to give you your time back. Repetitive tasks are handled by Copilot, you focus on analysis and strategy.
We’re not guessing what you need
This program was built from YOUR pain points, identified during a brainstorming session with your team. Not a generic catalog.
30 to 60 minutes saved daily
That’s the measurable goal. 2.5 hours per week. That’s leaving on time for once.
You become an augmented lawyer
It’s not just about saving time. AI gives you a “superpower” to focus on high-value analysis. AI handles the groundwork, you elevate your expertise.
A data-driven program
Every adoption program must prove its value. At VINCI Energies, we set up 5 tracking indicators measured throughout the program:
Copilot Adoption Rate
Pre/post program survey. Goal: from 10-15% to 60-70% actual usage.
Session Participation
Live attendance rate + replay viewing rate. Goal: >70%.
Resource Engagement
Views and clicks on prompt library, monthly tips and guides.
Satisfaction
Post-session survey + global NPS. Goal: >80% satisfaction.
Business Impact
Time saved, use cases adopted, active champions in the organization.
Measurement tools
The vision: from training to automation
The training program is Phase 1. The long-term vision with VINCI Energies goes further:
Champion Program
Identification and upskilling of internal leaders within the legal team. Goal: they become AI references and train their own divisions.
Custom Copilot Agents
Beyond manual use, creation of autonomous AI agents for recurring tasks: regulatory monitoring, document synthesis, compliance report generation.
Monitoring & openness
Opening to the broader AI ecosystem (new tools, new solutions), always subject to IT validation. Goal: VINCI Energies stays at the cutting edge without taking risks.
